Flag for whether or not to unset gaps when setting a route's path.
Role: Indicate whether or not to unset gaps in effected routes.

Values:

catSchIDLUnsetGapsOff: Do not remove the gaps when the route's path is changed.
catSchIDLUnsetGapsOn: Remove the gaps when the route's path is changed.
